At Terraflex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a customer is not entirely satisfied with our product, we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In the unlikely event that Terraflex delivers the wrong goods or the wrong amount, you can refuse the delivery or advise us after the delivery that we have made an error. We will arrange free collection from you or free additional delivery to you. There will be no additional costs for the customer.
If a customer makes an incorrect order, we can arrange for collection and offer a full refund for the goods. The goods must be made ready for collection by the customer and both the initial delivery costs and subsequent collection costs must be paid by the customer. To avoid such situations, we would urge all customers to double check their order details before submitting them to Terraflex. If in doubt, please speak to a member of our team.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it and get a full refund as long as the goods remain in their original condition.
